New Jersey Firearms Owners Syndicate (NJFOS) is a NJ Nonprofit Corporation headed by a team of grassroots activists that have been at the tip of the spear of the fight for New Jersey residents’ Second Amendment rights for over a decade.  NJFOS has over 3,000 members, a long track record of supporting litigation at the state and federal level and has raised in excess of $100,000 for impact litigation.  Prior to now, we have operated as independent grassroots activists and worked with other state and national organizations to coordinate and launch impact litigation efforts.  In 2024, we took steps to formally establish our own separate organization.

We operate solely on the support of public and private sponsors.
