New Jersey Firearms Owners Syndicate (“NJFOS”) is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey and principally operates out of its office in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. NJFOS is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization that relies on donations from its members, sponsors, and the general public and represents the interests of its donors and all similarly situated people across the State of New Jersey. NJFOS has no shareholders, parent organization, and is not owned by or affiliated with any other corporation or entity. NJFOS has no subsidiaries nor acts as a shareholder or owner of a controlling interest in any other entity.
